A few good paddlers with nothing to do and hunger for adventure got up early in the morning of Oct. 25, 2009. and decided to circumnavigate the Chicago River, North branch from Wilmette to Down Town Chicago, thru the looks out into Lake Michigan and back to Wilmette.
